Overview
The Centre uses the method of critique to shift from the frame of pillars, processes and templates of the transitional justice landscape, to how transitional justice processes and practices are actually governed. Building on transitional communities' re-reading of current and traditional processes, the Centre moves beyond normative notions and applications toward criticality — from transitional justice problem-solving to transitional justice problem-finding — within an analytical frame of Governing Transitional Justice.
